Recently, by the Hebei iron and Steel Group for commercial electrolyte series detection technology and method of steel, vanadium and titanium engineering technology research center of independent research and development success. After verification, using this method, the data is consistent with the Japanese Sumitomo Electric array test results, marking the Hebei iron and steel group of electrolyte of vanadium battery detection technology reached the international advanced level.
As one of China's largest base of V-Ti products, development and application of Hebei iron and Steel Group has been committed to the vanadium and titanium technology. In order to further extend the industrial chain of vanadium products, Hebei iron and Steel Group will "commercial vanadium electrolyte preparation and related technology development" project as a key research projects, in-depth research. There was no standardization and publicity of electrolyte of vanadium battery test case, from 2010 onwards, to comprehensive test method of electrolyte to carry out special development and research, finally developed positive, negative vanadium battery electrolyte series detection method. The method has the characteristics of stable data, higher accuracy, greatly improving the vanadium redox flow battery R & D and production efficiency.
